The Global View Station 1000 (GVS1000) delivers long range
day/night pan-tilt-zoom surveillance. Using Active Infrared Illumination,
the GVS1000 provides 1km (3300ft+) of high resolution night vision.
Active Infrared allows for night vision ideal for identification as well as
the reading of identifying characters.
The GVS1000 is ideal for long range night-time surveillance of critical
locations. The 32 presets on the GVS1000 are high accuracy (0.25
degree) and provide rapid positioning to adjustable pan-tilt-zoom
locations. The GVS1000’s 3 pattern tours allow for automatic
surveillance of predefined areas. Precision, variable speed control is
provided to allow an operator to follow targets at long distances in the
pitch black of night.
The GVS1000 integrates with conventional CCTV systems, allowing
for remote pan-tilt-zoom control through Pelco protocol via RS422.
Additionally, GVS1000 can be integrated with radar systems for “Seek
and Define” proactive security.
Under the same, totally dark conditions,
active-infrared provides a clear picture
that easily identifies the subjects.

The GVS1000 provides high resolution imaging by day and in
total darkness. Using 730nm illuminators, the GVS1000 will
deliver high resolution night vision to 1 km. In the image below,
two subjects are clearly revealed on an overcast night with
virtually no ambient lighting from a distance of 600m.
