In addition, the DuraBook U14M has a fingerprint scanner for maximum security for those who use the notebook. This security scanner has been made waterproof. The Keyboard and touchpad are also waterproof. <br />

It has a 4400 mAh Lithium Ion battery but can be upgraded to a 6600 mAh Lithium Ion Battery. The Notebook can be greatly upgraded if that is what you wish. It can come with a webcam, Bluetooth connection, WLAN, a HSDPA module and the screen can be adjust so it is readable in sunlight.</p>
